Live in landlady looking for a flat mate/room rent

Hello I am Hayley 30 years old and single. I am a live in landlord looking to share my flat/rent room. I am a Beauty Therapist, so I work Tuesday to Saturday each week. Although my hours do slightly vary each week as I’m self employed. When I am not at work I enjoy relaxing in the lounge, watching TV, going to the gym, shopping, cinema, socialising with friends and family (although I don’t have people constantly over in the flat), going out for dinner/drinks and I love a good night out, although I am not constantly partying. I describe myself as fun loving, bubbly, I enjoy having a laugh. I’m easy to be around, respectful and trustworthy. I would like to live with someone who is easy to get along with and has similar interests to me, is clean, tidy and respectful of my personal space. My Flat will include: 1 Double bedroom/built in wardrobe Own bathroom (not en-suite, but opposite bedroom) although I do sometimes use the bath in the winter. Kitchen WIFI All bills Cleaner twice a month (she is very trustworthy and friendly been cleaning for me over 8years) Parking is on the road outside the flat with a permit £25 for the year (which you will have to pay for) and is very easy to park as it’s not a busy road. 5 minutes walk to East Grinstead station. 15 minutes from Gatwick Airport My previous flat mate has been with me over 4 years. For me it is quality more than quantity, I say in my add £30per night min 3 nights otherwise what with the washing etc it is not worth it how do we get round that if someone wants a night stop only, the other scenario is a crew member who lives a distance away and needs a base at Gatwick area. My late husband was in aviation all his working life so there's not much I don't know about aircrew, same goes for me I worked as a Flight Attendant and set up Airlines etc in Africa middle east etc so the business does not hold any surprises for me! We also have a box room which we've squeezed a double sofa bed into which is good for somewhere simply to hang your head for one or two nights. Our newly refurbished family home sits in the heart of Sussex. The room is bright and light. We live in the house so it's quite difficult to avoid us but as mentioned before you can very easily retreat to your room without causing offence. Our neighbourhood is a very quiet one. We have a little primary school opposite and a hospital just up the road. There is a coop at the end of our road, otherwise Haywards Heath town centre is a 10 minute walk away with a range of high street and local shops and cafes. Lindfield is a very beautiful village, 25 minutes by foot through the nature reserve and has some lovely little local run business'. There is free on street parking by the house and bus links into the Sussex countryside and surrounding villages. The room isn't tiny and it's not huge. There is a single bed with a second single bed that can be pulled out from underneath. They are both very comfortable. We would be open to a Monday to Friday option and would prefer to have a lodger who will be out and about during the day. A few house notes... We have young children so would obviously ask that any activity upstairs during the evening is reasonably quiet you are welcome to hang out in the communal areas of the house at any point of the day/evening. Hello, I�m looking for a housemate! � The move in day is 1st October however the estate agents want a commitment to contract and paperwork signed ASAP hence the urgent listing - viewings are this weekend 9-11th August. The flat is in a lovely area of Teddington and you'd be living with just me. I'm Cabin Crew so ideally I'd like someone with the same profession due to the unsociable hours, it also gives us time to ourselves regularly and means we can both understand and respect certain aspects that aren�t considered by someone who doesn�t do the job � There's a living room, kitchen, communal gated garden (if you like to cycle there is a nice secure bike shed in the garden), and the main door to the building is electronically coded. The building only consists of 4 flats so it's nice and private. I couldn't get the best photograph of the en-suite as it's from a strange angle, but there's a toilet, sink and shower, with space for extra storage. The bedroom is the larger room and provided is a double bed and triple wardrobe - you can get a lot out of the space! It's £670 per month not including bills, which are £90 a month. Gas and water comes quarterly and isn�t much at all. There are multiple train stations within walking distance, as well as 24 hour buses to and from central London if you like to go out! The transport links are amazing. It is also a very residential area and parking is never a problem. It's a 10 minute walk to Teddington High Street where there is a Tesco�s, Boots, Costa, various restaurants etc, but conveniently there is everything you could need on a parade of shops just opposite the flat, including a wine shop, chinese takeaway, nail shop and a dry cleaners who will give us discount! All the important things for Crew � Also, it's a 15 min bus ride to Kingston (within walking distance on a nice day) which is the nearest large shopping town, and has everything you could possibly need. Lastly, I feel it�s important to point out that the property is rented unfurnished, so everything inside has been provided by myself.
